Here are answers to general questions concerning sales, payment and shipping. If you have questions on specific instruments, please email or call us.

Q: Do you offer a layaway plan?
A: A layaway plan is available with the following conditions: A deposit of 25% of the purchase price holds an instrument for thirty (30) days. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price holds an instrument for sixty (60) days. NO APPROVAL ON A LAYAWAY. After that, if the balance due is not paid by the end of the layaway term period, the deposit is forfeited.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: In the USA, we accept most major credit cards, PayPal, postal money orders, cashiers checks, certified checks,  Western Union, or bank transfers. If using a bank transfer please instruct your bank that any bank charges are to be paid by you, the customer. If outside the US, send US dollars on a US bank, a bank wire transfer, or Western Union (The Fastest and most accurate).

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: We ship via UPS anywhere in the Free World. The customer pays all shipping, insurance, and bank charges. All international shipments are sent fully insured and any insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer with our assistance. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that their home country or UPS may require. No exceptions. All shipments are declared at the full purchase price.

Q: Can I return an instrument purchased from Andy's?
A: Upon receipt, if you are not satisfied with your instrument, notify us within 24 hours (no exceptions), and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to ANDYSGUITARS.COM in the same condition it was sent to you. It must be packed in the same carton with the same packing material to be eligible for a refund. The customer must fax Andy's a legible copy of the return shipping document clearly showing the FULL declared value, or the item will be refused and sent back to you. The customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges for any returned merchandise (BOTH WAYS).

The 24 hour approval period applies only to New and Used instruments, amps, unless otherwise agreed upon by ANDYSGUITARS.COM.
